This liner of pump can be replaced with metal or rubber,and the impeller also can be made of anti-abrasive metal or rubber.
The shaft seal type of the pump has packing seal, impeller seal, mechanical seal.
slurry pump pump body pump cover and flow components: This series of pumps are horizontal, vertical open type, double pump shell structure slurry pump. The pump body and pump cover are equipped with a replaceable metal lining. The lining is made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy material. The lining can be used until wear-through, which extends the maintenance cycle and reduces operating costs. The pump outlet direction can be rotated and installed at 8 angles.
During the operation of the slurry pump, attention should be paid to the temperature and leakage of the packing gland. Normal packing leakage should not exceed 10-20 drops per minute.For bearings that require cooling water, pay attention to the temperature and quantity of water, and try to keep the bearing temperature within the specified range.
Precautions
When the slurry pump is working, the pump needs to be placed on the land, the suction pipe is placed in the water, and the pump needs to be started. Due to the structural constraints of the mud pump and the submerged slurry pump, the motor needs to be placed above the water surface during operation, and the pump is placed in the water, so it must be fixed. Otherwise, the motor will fall into the water and the motor will be scrapped. Moreover, since the length of the long shaft is generally fixed, the installation of the pump is troublesome, and the application is subject to many restrictions.

Slurry pumps can be widely used in mines, power, metallurgy, coal, environmental protection and other industries to transport slurry containing abrasive solid particles. Such as metallurgical beneficiation plant slurry transportation, thermal power plant ash removal, coal washing plant coal slurry and heavy medium transportation, dredging rivers, river dredging and so on. In the chemical industry, some corrosive slurries containing crystals can also be transported.
